Jyad Murr
Founder and CEO
Jyad Murr founded Radio Mont Liban (RML) in December 1979, the station that later became NRJ Lebanon, and has helped shape Lebanon's media and entertainment landscape ever since. He leads Nostalgie, Aghani Aghani, today Lebanon's No. 1 radio station, Jabal Lebnan, info3, Instruments Garage and Audiosuite. Through 2U2C, he has produced events for more than 250 artists, from Pavarotti and José Carreras to Tom Jones, a-ha, Alanis Morissette and Placebo, as well as the NRJ Music Tour. He also launched the first Virgin Megastore in the Middle East and has held management roles at MTV Lebanon, Studiovision and Audiovision.
Jessica Wardeh Murr
Managing Partner
Jessica has worked in media and entertainment for more than ten years. She helped launch Aghani Aghani radio and television in 2013 as Production and Business Development Manager, and has led it as General Manager since 2018, overseeing operations, programming, advertising partnerships and digital growth. With 2U2C, she managed the production of more than 30 events, including the NRJ Music Tour, Oriental Night, Beirut Holidays and concerts by Pitbull, Wiz Khalifa, Macklemore and Alessandro Safina.
Claude Kawas
Chief Operating Officer
Claude has been part of the group since 1989. He is Chief Operating Officer of Music or Media Holding and CEO of Jabal Lebnan Radio, and acts as the link between all of the group's companies, keeping radio, television and live events running smoothly together.
Adel Youssef
Chief Technology Officer
Adel has led technology at Music or Media Holding since 2011. He builds the group's websites and apps and manages its technical infrastructure, keeping our stations and brands online every day.
Carol Maroun
Artist and PR Manager
Carol is Artist and PR Manager at Music or Media Holding. She looks after the artists the group works with and handles press and public relations for our stations and events. She also helped launch Aghani Aghani radio and television in 2013.
Firas Haleemi
Media Manager
Firas is Media Manager at Music or Media Holding. He oversees the group's media presence, from on-air content to social media and digital channels.
Pascale Beainy
Chief Financial Officer
Pascale is Chief Financial Officer at Music or Media Holding. She oversees finance, budgeting and reporting across the group's companies.
